We provide rewarding careers for over 500 employees in Australia and due to continued growth we are currently seeking a Site Coordinator to join our WA inland team, on a 5/2 4/3 roster.
The successful applicant will be vested with the responsibility of maintaining and promoting strong relationships with the client and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
In addition, this role will be heavily involved in driving continuous improvement in safety and production whilst supporting the Inland Operations Manager. This will include coordinating maintenance planning, site inspections and reporting and shutdown supervision to the highest standard of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will be able to fulfil all aspects of the Site Coordinator role, have strong people management and problem-solving skills and be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and other supervisors.
The successful applicant will have the following key attributes:
  • Relevant mechanical background and extensive experience in all facets conveyor maintenance;
  • Ability to maintain and improve customer relationships;
  • A proven track record in supervision, with a strong emphasis on effective people performance management;
  • A total commitment to maintaining and improving Health and Safety standards and systems;
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with an enthusiastic outgoing personality;
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage paperwork and reporting requirements to meet client and Company deadlines.
