We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and driven Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to bring a wealth of knowledge to our team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Business development 
  • Service current clients 
  • Site visits on a weekly basis
  • Source the top talent 
  • Interview and reference check candidates
  • Preform drug testing - training provided
  • Administrative tasks as and when required
  • Implement and follow health and safety requirements 
  • Keep up to date with Construction and Civil Industry requirements 

Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-5 Years agency recruitment experience preferably within the Construction space  
  • Experience in both, high volume temporary recruitment and high end permanent recruitment
  • Valid clean drivers license
