Working closely with the MD, you will;
  • Coach, mentor, support, empower and motivate a sales team and act as an escalation point for customer, prospect issues and take ownership of problem resolution
  • Able to interact directly with prospects, customers and partners in a leadership capacity
  • Build a thriving, high performing team that can consistently achieve and outperform team targets
  • Build a bench of future employees to mitigate the impact of natural and performance driven churn in the team
  • Manage the performance of individual team members and apply improvement plans where needed
  • Understand how to sell on value, protect headline price from excessive discounting
  • Able to forecast accurately anticipated monthly and quarterly revenue
  • Act as a leader and actively contribute to maintaining  strong culture
  • Work cross functionally with product, support, finance, sourcing to accelerate and win deals
  • Work cross functionally on special projects involving demand generation, events, sales compensation, new product development, and others as needed
  • Work with or lead marketing to identify new growth strategies for increased customer penetration and new customer acquisition
  • Manage contract negotiations

To secure this exciting opportunity you will need the following; 
  • Minimum 7 years sales leadership experience, ability to build a strong team culture 
  • 'C ' level connections selling Cloud Hosting / IAAS 
  • Full knowledge and SIEM and Cyber Security solutions 
  • Undergraduate degree in business / technology or related field
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate across all levels in an organisation including up to C level
  • Experience in closing high value solution sales.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree qualification
