Our Client 

Our client is a Global Leader in the Insurance industry, they have 3 permanent positions available to join their Administration teams.

Your New Role:

Responsible for the efficient, cost effective creation and completion of new business applications as well as the maintenance of existing in-force Life Insurance policies.

A day in the life: 

  • Data Entry of new clients details
  • Managing written & telephone enquiries & requests from adviser & other departments for information on outstanding requirements.
  • Participating in projects 
  • Process new applications 
  • Ability to coordinate with other internal support functions to meet client needs

Your background, skills and experience:
  • Proven success in an Administration, Customer Service role working in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Access 
  • Understanding of Insurance, Super or Financial services will be highly regarded but not a deal breaker 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Before commencing you will need to go through a background check which involves a criminal and credit check.
