Your New Role:
We are looking for two Customer Service Consultants which will see you providing quality customer service to customers who have been contacted for this project. 

A day in the life: 
  • Deal with inbound calls and queries from customers 
  • Provide solutions to the customers 
  • Data Entry / administration 
  • Manage the escalation process and flag to the correct area
  • Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner 

Your background, skills and experience:
  • Proven success in a call centre, customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Access 
  • Understanding of Insurance, Super or Financial services will be highly regarded 
  • High attention to detail 
  • You will need to go through a background check, once you are successful
