Our client a leader in the Telecommunication industry is currently seeking a Personal Assistant who has previous experience supporting senior level management.
   
In this position you will be completing administrative and secretarial duties for the Executive General Manager demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and a friendly and proactive approach. 
   
The key responsibilities for the role will include:-
  • Screen telephone calls and visitors and manage enquiries and requests
  • Arranging, recording and coordinating appointments, engagements and meeting functions
  • Extensive diary management
  • Track operational data in a database including financial and other reporting metrics
  • Use software tools to compile data into presentation format
  • Draft responses on behalf of management
  • Manage expense process 
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements both interstate and overseas 
  • IT administrative requests 
  • General administrative duties
   
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:-
   
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior level management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and deadline driven
  • Extensive email and diary management experience
  • Strong writing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with all stakeholders
  • High attention to detail 
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Advanced MS Office applications
