About the company
Our client is independently owned financial services firm providing investment and financial planning advice to high net-worth individuals and families. Their continued organic growth has resulted from existing client referrals. The team consists of 25 people who are professional, hard-working and friendly who place their clients first.  

About the role
This is a permanent full-time entry-level financial planning administration role with one of Melbourne's most prestigious investment focused financial planning firm. You will be working alongside a team of experienced financial planning professionals and your key duties will include:
  • Processing investment applications, redemptions & transfers
  • Input, update and reconcile investments on the portfolio management system
  • Scanning, collating and filing client documentation
  • Preparing client investment portfolio reports for client meetings
  • Portfolio administration
  • Answering client calls.
Skills & experience
  • Bachelor of Financial Planning or relative business degree
  • Attention to detail
  • Well presented with exceptional communication skills
  • Hard-working, driven to succeed and team-orientated
  • Financial planning admin experience (preferred).
