You are a fantastic communicator. You know how to get your point across to be understood and you easily understand others. After having met you, people remember the way you made them feel. This is probably because of a natural warmth you demonstrate and you the fact that you are a good listener.
 You are not easily flustered and remain calm and collected in all sorts of situations.

Do you enjoy being productive and getting things one? You are proactive and organised, you have a knack for helping people which makes you reliable and people trust you.

We understand this Christmas period will be busier than ever, with more clients requiring our services, we are here to ensure we can continue to deliver quality care to our clients on a consistent basis around the clock during this upcoming holiday period.
Due to continued growth in our client base, we are conducting group interviews, commencing late November, early December. This is an invite only event where we hope to meet the best personal carers the Geelong region has to offer.

The session will include introductions, discussions, fun activities and interviews to fast track the interview process so we can get successful carers out to our clients quick!
You will be prepared to complete registration and provide current CPR, First Aid and Police Checks to be considered.

If you have:
  • Qualifications or experience in Aged Care or Home or Community Care
  • Prepared to take on transport shifts and have a current driver’s licence, a reliable roadworthy vehicle and full comprehensive car insurance
  • Have experience working with clients who have dementia or challenging behaviours or clients that may require palliative care is highly desirable but not essential.
