Our client is a successful boutique and agile manufacturer and supplier of design products to large national and international retailers.  Due to growth plans, they are recruiting a Project and Office Co-ordinator to support the Sales Director and Head of Design to deliver a high-level customer service.
Your role will have a broad range of responsibilities and you will undertake all internal project support as well as assist with client management.  The position will also manage daily general office tasks.

Key duties include: 
  • Overseeing, tracking, and managing a diverse range of design projects
  • Liaise with external stakeholders on timelines and design requirements
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations of sales figures
  • Updating/overseeing databases
  • Acting as a coordinator and first point of contact for the team on all office administrative queries, requests, and issues
  • Diary management including arranging and preparing meetings and conference calls
  • Processing invoices, expense claims and reconciliations for payment
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Ideally you will have well developed administrative skills (including the MS Suite and Xero is highly desirable), excellent customer service skills, be confident to manage clients’ expectations, and participate in client presentations from time to time.  You may be degree qualified (Business/ Management), have a passion for design and be interested in progressing into a more senior role in the future.
