Stafford is your local recruitment partner, and we need a very special person to join our recruitment operations team. As generalist recruiters, we work with clients and candidates from all industries and at all levels. We are here to provide staffing solutions for our clients and work opportunities for job seekers.
No two days are the same in this role, so you need to be adaptable, agile, flexible and all those other buzzwords that are trending right now! You will pivot from task to task, managing interruptions with ease and remembering to get back to what you were doing before that phone call …
 
So, what will your typical day involve?
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs
  • Taking detailed job briefs and matching suitable candidates to work vacancies
  • Screening job applicants including interviews, reference checks and drug testing
  • Completing inductions and other compliance-related activities
  • Work-site visits to see clients and candidates on the job
  • Operating within our recruitment software system to manage job, candidate and client files
  • Working collaboratively within the recruitment operations team to meet targets/KPIs, fill jobs, manage rosters and fulfil client staffing requirements
