The Company

Being a development services consultancy means that they have all of the in-house capabilities to deliver land and urban development projects; Project Managers, Construction Managers, Designers, Planners and Engineers.  As a result, they are leaders in their field and are continuing to grow.  They have been consistently busy throughout recent months, and are continuing to go from strength to strength.

The Role

As a result of this continued and consistent growth and a full forward workbook, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their existing dynamic, engaged and high performing team.  You will be working on large and notable land development projects across Sydney and will play a key role in ensuring their timely and successful delivery.

The Responsibilities
  • As a Project Manager you will provide support to the Project Director / Senior Project Manager to meet or exceed project objectives
  • You will provide technical input and direction/leadership working on a variety of projects
  • You will provide mentoring to the other members of the team
  • You will provide assistance in the strategic and continued growth of the business
The Requirements

To be considered for this stand-out opportunity, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:
  • Upwards of 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager
  • Experience of working within an engineering design consultancy in Australia
  • Experience of working as a Project manager on mid-to-large sized Land Development (subdivision) projects
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Full working rights in Australia
