About the role
We are currently seeking experienced Duty Managers to join our team for upcoming positions.

These full time positions are based in various remote communities in either the NT or QLD
  • Assist the Store Managers manage the day to day operations of the Retail store and takeaway shop
  • Develop, train and mentor local staff
  • Stock management – replenish, stocktake, order
  • Administration duties – rostering, emails, reconciliations
  • Liaising with key community stakeholders about the store
  • Liaise with the internal stakeholders for healthy food choices in the takeaway shop
  • Covering the Store Manager duties as required
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Retail Management and/or Hospitality Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate
  • Stock inventory control and management
  • Drivers licence
  • Forklift licence desirable
