Strategic HRBP needed for global MNC in Singapore

Drake Singapore is working with a global retail brand who are looking or a highly strategic HR Business Partner who will be reporting to the APAC Head of HR based in Singapore.
This person will have proven in experience in taking the lead in diverse HR projects, including back end HRIS implementation.  Prior knowledge of Sucessfactors would be advantageous but not essential.
This role will report to an inspirational leader who would be looking for someone who they can groom to become the successor, so there is a clear route for progression. They will be looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and commercial outlook who can move with speed and is comfortable in a face paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
This person will need to be an effective communicator who can influence and manage the senior leadership and stakeholders across the region – Previous regional exposure would be expected for this role.  
This organization has a separate operations division, so this person will need to undertake all of the strategic HR projects for the region and will need to be the advisory point of contact for diverse elements of the HR spectrum including Performance Management, Industrial Relations and Grievance management through to resolution.
You will take the lead in workforce and succession planning and work the business leaders to offer advice and guidance on this where needed.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be mature, determined and able to take ownership of diverse and sometimes complex projects and oversee these to completion in a timely manner.
Although this role will initially be an individual contributor role, this person must exhibit strong leadership capabilities and build strong and sustainable relationships
