$100,000-120,000 Base + Super + Car Allow + Uncapped Commission.
  
The Company: As a well-established market leader, our client has been providing a range of document management solutions to multiple industry sectors across ANZ for over 40 years.
  
Services range from document storage and destruction through to back-up, protection and secure transport solutions.

The Role: You will be joining a high performing division in NSW where your role is driving new business across a range of industry sectors from Legal, Healthcare, Finance, Government etc.  
  
Whilst this role is a pure hunting role, you will have the support of a great marketing team along with being able to leverage some existing relationships.
  
You will be primarily focusing on document archiving and storage solutions so will be meeting with a range of decision makers from Operations, Procurement through to C level.
  
Some Key Responsibilities include:
  
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Arranging and attending prospect meetings and providing prospects with a quote
  • Develop a sales pipeline by cold calling for new business
  • Preparing and managing the tender process
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies
  
  
The Candidate: To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client facing new business role. Ideally, you will have some experience within the document management / storage industry, however our client will also consider candidates who have proven sales experience in other B2B industries (Eg Transport, Office Supplies, Business Services etc).
  
It's essential that you’re impeccably presented and have excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
  
You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of winning new business and be able to articulate performance against sales targets.
  
You will need to have a valid drivers license and be comfortable working both on the road and from the office location in South Western Sydney.
