The Company
  
This national manufacturer specialises in the design and production of front of wall bathroom products. Their reputation for design excellence has allowed them to stay ahead of their competitors and provide on-trend premium quality products to their clients around Australia. With service and product being second to none, our client is looking for an experienced specification representative who can take charge of their Melbourne territory.
  
The Role
  • Covering Melbourne Metro, this is an architectural specification role involving winning Tier 1&2 commercial & residential specifications from engineers/architects/designers and following the process through to the contractors/builders.
  • You will be speaking to architects and designers and walk onsite and have a discussion with the project managers and other staff onsite.
  • The portfolio of projects you will be targeting ranges from university buildings, commercial office blocks, stadiums, auditoriums, and residential housing projects.
The Candidate
  • Arriving with a strong specification sales background, you will have been involved in selling a construction and building products (i.e., seating, furniture, flooring, facades, front of wall etc…) into a variety of contacts including Architects, contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Proven track record within the commercial specification market and contacts within the A/D space will be looked upon in high regard.

Benefits
  
You will be rewarded with a base salary of up to 100k, 15k car allowance, and superannuation.
