Our client, Is looking for up and coming, enthusiastic candidates with experience across collections or call centres. If you have had 6-12 months similar experience and have passion for client service these roles will be perfect for you.

Day to day responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Handle inbound calls from customers relating to late arrears
  • Build up a trust and rapport with clients 
  • Help identify and action tailored payment solutions for customers accounts in arrears
  • Negotiate and implement suitable payment plans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with 40-60 phone calls daily
  • Be the first point of contact for any client issues
To be considered for the role you will:

  • Have 6-12 months experience in a similar field of collections or call centre environments
  • Be a people person with a genuine passion for client services and helping to resolve issues
  • Bring a close attention to detail and ability to think outside of the square 
  • Thrive working in a close team environment
