ReadyTech (ASX:RDY) is a leading provider of mission-critical people management software for educators, employers and facilitators of career transitions. Right now, we're growing fast and we need an experienced Product Manager to help drive the future of our flagship platform.
 
As a member of the Product team, you will work closely with our new Head of Product to lead our Workforce Management platform’s immediate roadmap ensuring our employees are engaged and our clients are lifetime champions and loving each and every release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions to address clients' business needs and translate this effectively internally with software developers and key stakeholders
  • Ensure that software being developed meets the required level of product functionality, quality, accuracy and performance
  • Ensure the team are always working on the most important things, by prioritising objectives, writing user stories, planning sprints and managing sprint rituals
  • Maintain excellent subject matter knowledge and a good understanding of the context in which Payroll and Workforce Management operate.
  • Work closely with clients to understand how the products are adopted within their businesses and be the user advocate and voice of the client.
  • Lead solution-driven discussion during meetings/calls with clients.
 
About You
  • 3 years minimum experience in Business Analysis or Product Management within a software development environment, with hands-on Agile experience.
  • You’ve had previous exposure to environments rich in uncertainty and you show a resulting track record of successfully dealing with ambiguity
  • Experience in gathering and analysing legislative and business requirements by leveraging
governmental/legislative resources and 3rd party consultancies
  • Ideally have strong domain knowledge of Payroll, Tax or Workforce Management software
  • You will be able to come up with and clearly communicate very pragmatic and practical solutions to complex problems
  • You are fast learner, enthusiastic and highly passionate about growing and collaborating with a rapidly evolving company
  • You are restless with the status quo and have a deep desire to grow
  • You have a no ego mentality and a collaborative approach to working with peers to achieve the best outcomes for our team and clients.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
