Customer Service Coordinator


Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Sales team based in Jakarta.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is our customer service and sales expert who plays a key role in supporting the Sales team in ensuring excellent operational standards and achieving sales targets.
You enjoy a busy and challenging role where you assist the sales team in the region in preparing quotations, constock or regional warehouse inventory reports, administration of costs, purchases and provision of services to ensure the efficient management and operation of the regional sales office. 
You are a champion when it comes to building trust-based relationships with customers, keeping them well informed by providing advice on products dispatched and currently on order and expedite improved deliveries when required.
You are an effective multi-tasker who loves juggling various tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and other customer-related requests through the sales office, to enable fulfilment accuracy.
With your high attention to detail and organisational skills, you will liaise with the import and export team on order fulfilment requirements.
You will effectively engage with multiple Warehouses and team member on daily transportation needs for sales dispatches and receivals. 
Key Criteria:
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in Manufacturing or hard rock mining
  • Experience using SalesForce
