ABOUT WARRIKAL

Warrikal is a locally owned and operated Western Australian business that focuses on mine site maintenance, shutdowns and small to medium size SMP and capital works. Since our beginnings in 2016, we have become a preferred supplier that offers complete turnkey solutions for disciplines including mechanical, electrical, civil, fabrication and access support solutions.  
The successful delivery of past projects and the high standards delivered on these has helped us form the foundations of the company’s rapid progression and solid reputation gained throughout the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to our continued success we are currently looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Advisor to provide internal recruitment for upcoming projects throughout the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

In this full time permanent role you will be working as part of our established, friendly and successful recruitment team, responsible for the screening and sourcing of blue-collar employees for shutdown, project and maintenance works. 
  
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sourcing new candidates and growing existing talent pool.
  • Screening and shortlisting suitable applicants.
  • Conducting interviews to evaluate work history, job skills, education, training and other qualifications.
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Drawing up employment contracts
  • Ensuring the integrity of the recruitment database is updated and maintained.
ABOUT YOU
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment role experience within the resources sector would be highly regarded.
  • Recent and current knowledge of recruitment and selection practices.  
  • Experience and knowledge of staffing and recruitment issues.
  • The ability to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with our internal clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience in high volume recruitment would be highly regarded
  • Strong computer and administration skills are essential.
