What you will need to be successful in this role:
  • You will have had recent Healthcare Recruitment experience within the Recruitment Agency sector- this is a must- only applicants with this experience will be short listed
  • You will need to not only be a “Hunter” but also a “Gardener”
  • Cold calling and lead generation is your Forte and you thrive on creating new leads
  • You will need to love working in the Healthcare Sector and ensuing the right person is in the right role with the right organisation is critical to you.
  • To be comfortable with a commission only role
  • You will need to love what you do and get a real buzz out of supporting clients and candidates on their recruitment pathway
  • You will find communicating with clients and candidates easy and fun
  • You will have have excellent attention to detail, written and verbal skills
  • You will need to have your own laptop/ computer
  • The ability to access Skype/ Zoom
  • A landline or mobile phone with a headset
