Trade Assist are looking for several food production workers to join our Christchurch team on a casual basis.
Our clients are essential operators and are in high demand, so we are looking to expand our workforce to meet their production needs.

Experience working in food production is an advantage, However full training is provided to successful candidates.

What we are looking for:

A good work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Reliable transport
Understanding of the importance of Food Safety regulations

This role will vary depending on the daily requirements of our clients. Generally, you will be:

Assisting with production of food items
Quality checking product
Cleaning
Food safety monitoring and reporting
Product packing

To be successful you will need:

Communication - Capable of working well in a team environment
Physically fit - Lifting from 10 - 25kg
Time management - Turn up on time & keeping track of break times
Be able to handle warm and/or cold environments
