About our Centre:
 
Our Williamstown centre is licensed to 178, with 2 floors, underground parking and 4 outdoor areas for the children. It is set in a beautiful area with bus stops and coffee shops nearby.  We have an amazing team of passionate educators who genuinely love what they do. 
 
Kindergarten Teacher Role:
 
We would like to welcome an early childhood teacher who can lead, deliver and document an educational program that celebrates the power of play, recognising children's competence and emerging skills. Lead the design of inviting learning environments and learning experiences. Foster and support children's engagement, thinking, learning and well being. Build and nurture meaningful relationships with children, families and the community
 
Key Points:
  • Be able to lead, mentor and support your team. 
  • Up to 11 weeks annual leave and 6 hours planning time!
  • Contribute in staff meetings and work as part of a team in the whole centre.
  • Passionate about providing quality learning environments for children
  • Committed and professional
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Have a good understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Child care reimbursement for children attending the service
Key requirements:
  • An approved ECT qualification.
  • First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • VIT registration
  • Experience running a 4 year old kinder room would be preferable
