About the role 
As our CCS Team Leader, you will lead a team of contact workers who supervise contact visits in our Penrith Centre, providing day to day management and clinical supervision. You will ensure the program is well organised, child centred and provides families with a safe and welcoming space to maintain positive and meaningful relationships.
You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure our service improves client outcomes and meets targets.  
The details
  • Part time role (4 days) based in Penrith- including one Saturday per fortnight.
  • $45.48 p/h/$88,691 - $49.89p/h/$97,289 + super + salary packaging
About you
  • Formal graduate qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or other relevant disciplines
  • Strong knowledge and experience in casework, post-separation and Family Law
  • Solid experience working with families with complex issues such as child protection, family violence, trauma, mental health, D&A
  • A self-motivated and well organised leader with the capability to monitor and manage performance against budget and targets
  • A balance of compassion and practice expertise to ensure our services are effective, clinically robust and culturally appropriate.
  • A strong safety focus to ensure the safety of children, parents and staff.
  • Knowledge/experience providing clinical supervision.
