The Accountant is responsible to manage the Finance operations of Content Hub including all financial & management reporting.

The Accountant is responsible to manage the Finance operations of Content Hub including all financial & management reporting.  Apply integrity to exercise professional practices to support business and finance operations in the areas of accounting, financial analysis, budget/forecast, audit, treasury, tax & financial information system.  Be a team player to work within the Finance department and across departments & country.
 
Job Descriptions:
 
Financial & Management Reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all monthly/quarterly financial and management and annual reports
  • Take the initiative to work with other departments to deliver timely and informative reports
  • All the reports adhere to Accounting Standard, rules & regulations, policy & procedures
  • Ensure inter-co transactions are reflected properly and reconciled monthly
  • To perform balance sheet review monthly
Budget & Forecast
  • Prepare budget in-line to group directions
  • Develop a budget with Country Head
  • Monthly review and monitor the budget performance with all relevant managers in the Local office
  • Prepare monthly rolling forecast to reflect the realistic performance vs. budget and propose actions if needed
Financial Analysis
  • Support Regional Finance for financial analysis (benchmarks, business cases, pipeline record, etc.)
  • Drive project management (costs & expenses management, special project, etc) 
  • Participate in regional operational excellence projects
Ensure the correctness of AP and AR Subledgers into GL
  • Continuously monitoring & improving the system & process 
  • Ensure integrity of subledger
Audit
  •  Ensure audit completion as per timeline.
Finance Operation
  • Ensure well-smoothing finance operation in your respective Local country
 
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be a College Graduate of Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance Management, Accounting Technology or any related courses.
  • Has 2 years or more experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, treasury, audit, cost, and expenses management, financial analysis, budget/forecast, audit, treasury, tax & financial information system.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, NAV, and G-suite.
  • Candidates have a strong personality, punctual, honest, hard-working, and have a positive attitude.
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Fixed-term employment for 5 months
  • Can start as soon as possible.
  • Willing to be assigned at Ortigas, Pasig City
