MicroSourcing is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator for temporary work from home setup until further notice but once required to report onsite, work location is BGC, Taguig. This is for a fixed night shift schedule.
 
JOB SUMMARY               
 
The project coordinator is responsible for assisting the management team with administrative activities, stakeholder engagement, escalation management and helping team members navigate corporate organizational structures and processes
 
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contextualize delivery of corporate IT training materials, information bulletins and resources, with aim to promote consumption, comprehension, and relevancy of content for stakeholders
  • Facilitate the escalation management of high-visibility and business-impacting IT incidents, providing updates to leaders and assistance in the navigation of incident escalation processes
  • Execute on communication plans informing relevant stakeholders of IT disruptions, risk, and business impacts associated with approved IT change requests
  • Educate stakeholders on processes for the engagement of IT services
  • Navigate politically complex and sensitive situations
  • Maintain processes for the engagement of IT services
  • The candidate will be required to communicate with Vendors, Information Security specialists, individual contributors, leaders, and executive leadership stakeholders verbally and written.
ANALYSIS                          
  • The candidate will champion the corporate IT service delivery model within, promoting process adoption and alignment through effective use of instruction and communication
  • The candidate will act as subject-matter expert in IT incident response, setting expectations amongst stakeholders and enable leadership to navigate complex business-impacting IT incidents and activities
  • The candidate will be required to operate in situations where a business process may not exist, is poorly defined, or otherwise insufficient for a given situation or inquiry
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
  • Required 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing IT and/or Health Care oriented environment
  • Required 2 years’ experience in project management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Knowledge of Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model
  • Knowledge of computer networking and security technologies
  • Knowledge of hypervisors and virtualization technologies
  • Competencies in project management
  • Competencies in change management
  • Competencies in IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Competencies in IT Security best practices
  • Ability to multitask while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to navigate political complexities of large organizations
  • Ability to operate independently or in collaborate within a team
  • Experience in cross-cultural communications
  • Experience in corporate communications planning and execution
  • Experience rallying teams, coordinating activities, and driving engagement strategies
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
  • Experience with IT delivery standards and frameworks (ITSM, BSM, ITIL)
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives (CMMI)
  • Business Process Management (BPM) certification an asset
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset
