MicroSourcing is looking for a Front End Wordpress Developer for our Eastwood, Quezon City site. Candidates must be amenable to work on a midshift schedule.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a creative web development and marketing agency based in Lynch Wood, Peterborough. As part of our continued expansion and recent rapid growth, we are searching for a talented, motivated individual to join our team as a WordPress Website Developer.

The role requires you to be a valued and important member of our team, working on a variety of different projects at one time. The perfect candidate would be an individual who has experience creating websites using WordPress and WooCommerce. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated and can produce brilliant results.

As part of the role, you will be expected to work with the rest of the team to meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering websites to a high standard and the ability to work under pressure, especially during busy periods.

Adobe Photoshop or Adobe XD designs will be provided with a full brief and sitemap – this will then be turned into a WordPress website.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be expected to take on the responsibility and 'own' the following:
  • Building responsive, fast loading websites on WordPress, using the latest technologies and methodologies
  • Working with our creative designers, taking Adobe XD / PSD wireframes & mockups and progressing to create flawless, responsive, intuitive websites
  • Liaising with our Digital Marketing / SEO team to ensure search-friendly development
  • Reporting to our Project Manager and managing your schedule to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ongoing development to add features and functionality requested from our customers
  • CMS development to allow for easy updating of website content from our customers
  • Making refinements and changes to existing websites we've built or are requested to improve


Bachelor's degree holder of relevant course
Amenable to work on a midshift schedule
Has a portfolio ready for sharing as part of the evaluation process
