- Respond to Customer Requests (phone) - Examine and resolve customer service issues - Addressing customer complaints

Skill Level
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manners (French/ English)
  • Familiarity with windows operating systems
  • Addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in various campaigns lead by department Directors
Other Skills/ Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years call center experience
  • Knowledge of event ticket registration software an asset
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to shine and standout in a changing environment
  • Teamwork attitude with an ability to listen attentively
  • Conflict resolution skills, the ability to clearly study a situation in order to propose solutions
