Clinical Data Redaction/Anonymization Specialist


We are looking for Clinical Data Analysts!

We are looking for Clinical Data Analysts! Our client pairs Clinical Scientists with Software Researchers to solve Unstructured Data Management and Analytics Challenges. 
They offer both software-as-a-service technologies, as well as operational services and support around their platforms. 

Their team comprises experts in the fields of machine learning, natural language processing, clinical trials, and product development that bring a wealth of experience in software development and implementation within most of the major global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Reviews and redacts electronic documents for sensitive clinical, personal & company information.
  • Creates and runs required reports for internal & external clients.
  • Documents results and any errors that occur during the completion of a review.
  • Will be assigned to quality control the work of other team members.
  • Documents processes and participates in process improvement sessions
  • May be assigned to periodically work on other assignments within the workgroup
  • Mentor new hires/junior staff
  • Responsible for written and oral communications with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Document, track, and report product bugs and customer enhancement requests
  • Stay current on RLS technologies and new releases and communicate them to customers 
  • Assist with review and development of Customer Success departmental procedures and key metrics to identify improvement areas and implementation of said improvement areas
  • Follow systems and procedures as defined in RLS policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
  • A degree in nursing, IT, or clinical fields is required
  • Must have intermediate computer knowledge, and experience utilizing internet search engines.  Experience with PDFs, Microsoft Suite products - Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications desirable
  • Medical writing and/or case processing experience a plus
  • Experience with PDF documents, including Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Excel, including formulas (such as vlookup, etc)
  • Knowledge of medical terms, clinical documents strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using various media 
  • Excellent analytical and creative, “out of the box” problem solving skills
