The Business Support Team Lead is primarily responsible for leading and overseeing day-to-day operations of several lines of business within the GSC.

The Business Support Team Lead is primarily responsible for leading and overseeing day-to-day operations of several lines of business within the Global Service Center – Service Delivery, Marketing, Finance and Payroll, Program Admin and other Support functions. This is for an Australian after-school care campaign based in MOA, Pasay. Currently, the team is on a work from home setup (temporarily). 


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead several teams in achieving targets and goals
  • Achieve a high level of satisfaction across all stakeholders and Functional Leads
  • Continuous improvement of processes to ensure best practices
Strategy Execution – Specific to our Strategic Pillars
  • Develop strategic plans, process improvements and implementation for Business Support LOBs 
  • Set clear and achievable goals and assist the teams in making them happen
  • Report on each team’s performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to stakeholders and Functional Leads
  • Work closely with the Functional Leads in ensuring that each team is well-supported and goals are aligned to Camp Australia’s vision and mission
  • Identify opportunities for training and process improvement  

Leadership & Organisation 
  • Direct and assist associates whenever they encounter challenges while performing their day-to-day tasks
  • Provide regular coaching focusing on key performance indicators and develop improvement plans for associates as needed
  • Plan and allocate the teams’ workload to make sure that timelines / deadlines are met

Financial

  • Advise Functional Leads of Staffing needs/requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Team Leader / 2 years as a Senior Team Leader in a Customer Service or Service Delivery environment highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent English communications skills, both oral and written, to be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve strategic goals
  • Ability to contribute and work well within a small group and other teams based remotely
  • Effective time and task management
