Senior Systems Administrator

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Monitor and enforce system security guidelines for all clients.
• Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts for clients and internal employees.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.  Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
• Build, configure, or upgrade system hardware or software per project or operational needs.
• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. 
• Provide timely and accurate Tier III support to clients and internal  employees.
• Document incidents and requests reported from the client, the troubleshooting steps performed with their corresponding results accurately in the ticketing system.
• Manage the incident process for all open incidents by following up with assigned support personnel and/or the affected user to ensure timely incident resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant software, hardware, systems, and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to clients.
• Participation in the proper onboarding and training of new employees/clients.   
• Write technical documentation to be published in the knowledge base as support procedures for other support staff.
• Participate in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of the Client Support Services team.
• Absorb feedback from management. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Must be open to work on nightshift and be amenable to work at MOA,Complex Pasay City
  • Temporary WFH Setup
