Republic Dining is a relaxing sanctuary in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. With high ceilings and large Elizabethan style windows, the contemporary dining room plays host to power-lunches by day and intimate dinners by night.

Committed to serving local and seasonal produce, the menu combines modern Australian cuisine with French classics, accompanied by a bold wine selection.
Sandwiched between the restaurant and the rooftop is Taylor’s Social. Playing host to a multi-purpose function and event space this room is available for private parties, conferences and meetings.  

Republic Dining are now recruiting a Restaurant Manager.

About the role:

  • Oversee the Management of the Restaurant within venue.
  • Assist the management with day to day running of the venues including; stock take, control procedures, cash reconciliation, venue system and procedures
  • Lead the Restaurant department to meet company goals.
  • Lead a dynamic and motivated team
  • Training and development to multi-skill team
  • Ensure excellence and service standards are met and exceeded
About you:

As a self-motivated, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes:
  • Previous experience in fine dining restaurants
  • Attention to detail and getting the job done.
  • Be able to work alongside all areas of management
  • Have outstanding communication and reporting skills
  • A passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Have an RSA and RCG certificate
  • Previous experience in leading a team
