About the role
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service times
  • Understanding application of food safety and HACCP systems
  • Assist in achieving consistent GP and wage result
  • Maintain high kitchen standards in all areas of operation; food hygiene and safety, food quality and preparation
  • Interpret and analyse all kitchen information including kitchen reports, audits and documentation to mitigate risks and problems and ensure compliance obligations are being met
  • Improve operational efficiency of the kitchen by adhering to and improving kitchen policy and process

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
