Our client:
Our client is a growing Strata Management company specialising in delivering quality strata management to local communities. Since opening in 1999, our client has built a reputation for providing quality strata management to their clients without failing to uphold their strong fundamental values.
The role:
Our client is looking for their next Body Corporate/ Strata Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team to maintain their high level of values and service.

You will work as part of an experienced team and will be responsible for:
  • Managing a portfolio of 70 - 100 schemes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Providing advice based on current legislation
  • Dispute resolution
  • Managing maintenance and projects
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Preparing Meeting Agendas, attending Committee meetings and recording Meeting Minutes
About you:
The successful candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with skill in building high value relationships within your portfolio. You will be motivated to progress in your career and have great interpersonal abilities to work both autonomously and within a team environment.  

You will have an advanced understanding of the principles of Strata Management and are communicatively and professionally driven. In addition, you will have exceptional customer service skills with a motivation to learn and succeed as well as a strong eye for attention to detail.
