Homecare Medical

Join us in this exciting leadership role with accountability for a large team of Supervisors and Advisors delivering our COVID-19 Welfare Service.

  • Join New Zealand's Covid-19 Response
  • Fixed Term position - through to June 2021
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Leader to join our team. This is a significant leadership role with accountability for a large team of Supervisors and Advisors delivering our COVID-19 Welfare Services.  Responsible for people management including performance, competency, quality and service delivery, you will be a confident leader and passionate about people and performance.

Reporting to our Service Delivery Manager you will work alongside other People Leaders to ensure teams are inspired, motivated and supported to deliver an exceptional Telehealth experience to Service Users. Running an effective and high performing operation will include responsibility across multiple disciplines; budget, service performance against KPI’s, quality control, process improvement and change management initiatives.

About you:
We are looking for someone with proven leadership experience who can engage, influence and motivate others in a positive and constructive way, can work effectively with people from a wide range of different cultures, and who always uses sound judgement to communicate and resolve issues effectively. Our teams are based across the country and operate both on-site and work from home so you will need to be confident building relationships and effectively managing a remote workforce.

Strong operations management experience is essential alongside the ability to lead process and service improvements in a fast paced and changing environment. Ideally, experience within telehealth, health technology or similar would be a great fit. Confidence in a technology driven environment and the ability to drive digital dexterity within your team will be key in this role.
