Gramerci has been established to provide a customized and personalized recruitment solutions.  Founded by Annie Kennedy who has twenty years recruitment experience, this key role will form an important part of building the business and requires someone who understands the recruitment industry. However, this role is a little different.

The Talent Advisor role will suit someone who is looking for either part time or full time hours, it really depends on the right person. The role will involve a mix of strategic sales and marketing activities such as
  • Sourcing candidates,
  • Creating compelling advertising campaigns,
  • Speaking with clients,
  • Coordinating interviews,
  • Conducting testing and reference checks
There will also be more specific marketing activities including,
  • Writing and creating content for social media,
  • e-marketing
  • Coordinating events
  • Preparing proposals
Ideally you will come from a white collar recruiting background but have a passion for and some skills in digital marketing and be highly administrative and organized.
