  • Busy coordination role - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Tight knit team who enjoy a good banter
  • $50,000 to $55,000 + bonus + carpark

Our client is a provider of high end products and are seeking an admin whizz who enjoys a fast paced environment to join their friendly and hardworking team. This company is going through significant growth and so plenty of opportunity for the right individual!

The role:
  • Support 3 sales people in a range of administrative duties
  • Prepare quotes and follow up accordingly
  • Inputting a range of data using Zoho CRM and Retail plus
  • Complete a range of reports and spreadsheets on an ongoing basis in Excel
  • Manage project tracking
  • Prepare tender proposals
The successful candidate:
  • Must speak Mandarin Fluently and excellent English communication
  • Proven experience using Excel to intermediate level
  • Experience in the construction sector is preferred
  • Ideally, experience in direct to site delivery environments
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task to a high degree
  • Good with numbers and accuracy
  • Be effective with systems and processes
  • Easy going and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Customer focused and friendly
  • NZ Resident or Citizen
