About the role: 

Hub’s National Enterprise Solutions Manager will assist Hub in positioning itself as the flexible workspace provider of choice as we expand our product offering to fulfil the ‘work near to home’ component of emerging corporate real estate strategies for top-tier corporate organisations. 

With key responsibilities of sales, relationship management, and product development, this role is destined to assist Hub’s growth and work to highlight the benefits of flexible real estate solutions for organisations looking to attract and retain the best talent through distributed workspace solutions.

This leadership level role within the Hub team will require you to have expertise in the world of commercial real estate, and corporate real estate strategies, and be able to develop solutions for corporate and government clients that deal with complexity and entrenched ways of operating. The role will have interaction with almost every part of the Hub business, and as such a collaborative team-based approach will be required, with a healthy entrepreneurial spirit, to develop and deliver solutions that are new for our client targets, their employees, and potentially new for Hub too.   

What we’re looking for:

The ideal applicant will have proven sales experience and be highly skilled at creating positive relationships with corporate and government clients, property owners, commercial real estate agents, and teammates.

The ideal applicant will also have excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with a constant awareness of the member’s experiences and how decisions will affect the wider member journey, helping ensure concepts align to company purpose, brand promises, and differentiators. 

The purpose of the role:
  • Assist source opportunities for Hub to secure new locations to meet the needs of the Corporate and Government clients;
  • Work closely with our city-based member sales managers on proactive lead generation, conversation, and deal closure;
  • Secure opportunities for larger requests for proposals, and lead the response from inception to completion of proposals and subsequent interviews;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing Hub Enterprise clients, and expanding the Hub offering to those existing clients; 
  • Maintaining and actively cultivating your existing network of relationships in Corporate and Government organisations and across the Corporate real estate sector.
  • Building strategic alliances with potential new sales opportunities, becoming their industry expert in the field of flexible workspace;
  • Continuous improvement of our enterprise offering by working closely with the Product team to ensure that the marketing and member experience is industry-leading and of premium quality;
  • Constant innovation to keep ahead of global trends so that our workspaces are the best in Australia and globally recognised. Consequently, engagement with the Leadership and Executive teams will be a part of this role;

Key skills & experience:
  • Commercial property experience as tenant representative, office leasing agent, or broker;
  • Demonstrated strong sales through long sales processes;
  • Understanding of government and corporate RFP and purchasing processes;
  • Development of workplace strategy either within a company or as CRE professional providing services to corporate and Government clients;
  • Contract negotiation;
  • Proven experience closing large-scale deals for national/international clients through an RFP process;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Existing relationships with Corporate, Government, and the Corporate real estate sectors;
  • Ability to source new clients across key industry sectors;
  • Assisting corporate and government clients to build out a national flex property strategy;
  • Tenacious sales skills;
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and entrepreneurial skills.
