About the role: 

The National Facilities & CAPEX Lead is responsible for facilitating premium experiences for members and the Hub Australia team through reactive & proactive maintenance, contractor management, facilities audits, process improvement and timely communication. 

Reporting to the National Facilities & CAPEX Manager, you will work as part of the Hub Australia Property Team. You will collaborate closely with the team to assist in CAPEX works through the direction of the National Facilities Manager, with exposure to new builds by undertaking ad-hoc project-related tasks and assisting with defect liability.

The purpose of the role:
  • Resolving all Facilities related issues in a timely & safe manner (including escalation where needed)
  • Facilities Manage a key portfolio of Hub Australia sites. 
  • Serve as the portfolio point of escalation for major Facilities and WHS requirements (where the National Facilities Manager is your point of escalation)
  • Immediately rectify any WHS or non-compliant issues within the spaces as the per internal process
  • Serve as the point of escalation for all member requested changes to the space (including any members who wish to bring in their own furniture or changes to the physical space, etc.)
  • Maintain general oversight to ensure accuracy and ongoing documentation of relevant records and contracts.
  • Responsibility to be the key contact for organised works within the spaces as required
  • Manage contractors to ensure good & timely workmanship as per the signed service agreement throughout the Hub Australia portfolio 
  • Take an active lead as required on Facilities, CAPEX or project works as directed by the National Facilities & CAPEX Manager
  • Assisting with the delivery of curated experiences to add value to members
  • Supporting the MX team with member insights and with developing new products and services, aiding acquisition and retention goals
  • Coordination of the Experience Data Sheets (EDS) and audits to ensure clubhouses maintain and improve the member experience
  • Support the wider Product Team across all projects relevant to the Member Journey.
Key skills & experience:
  • 3 – 4 years of minimum facilities experience, managing multiple sites. 
  • Previous experience managing minor projects $ 0 - $1 Million
  • Ability to troubleshoot through difficult situations and achieve desired results in a positive and timely manner

  • First-class customer services skills with the ability to assert calm in all situations 
  • Experience administering a ticketing system with attached SLA’s.
