Our client is an iconic high-end lifestyle/furniture retailer, that has a global presence and continues to grow. Due to growth, they are expanding their call centre that manage inbound calls from customers regarding their deliveries.

Within this role as Inbound Call Centre Support, you will be receiving 60-90 inbound calls a day. This is a fast paced environment and will suit someone that thrives in this and sees customer service as a top priority. You will also be a point of contact for any customer escalations, with a focus on creating a positive experience. 

To be successful within the role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a call centre
- Excellent customer service
- A 'can-do' attitude
