About The Role

As the first point of contact you will have fantastic personal presentation and an excellent phone manner. You will perform a variety of tasks for our fast-paced business, and in particular, supporting our HQ team, answering and screening calls, greeting clients and customers with loads of interesting administration support tasks also.
  
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of general office coordination & activity.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, clients and our people.
  • Coordinate facility management / visitors to site.
  • Administration support for our learning & development program.
  • Answer and screen communication for our busy HQ.
  • Support the business as required in all areas of administration, project management, support and other tasks as assigned.
About You
  • A sense of urgency, initiative and common sense coupled with accuracy and excellent communication skills will ensure success in this busy role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is required
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You will demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude, where nothing is too much trouble.
  • Professional communication skills - you will often be the first point of contact for the organisation, both internal and external and dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
