As the Organisational Development Adviser you will be part of a supportive team in a genuinely people focused business. This is a newly created position that will give you the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a diverse range of organisational development (OD) and capability development initiatives.
You will:
  • Provide support for the delivery of OD initiatives and projects.
  • Develop process and procedure documents, internal training packages and communications.
  • Manage OD data and provide coordination and administration support for OD and capability development initiatives.
  • Research, promote and recommend learning products and capability solutions across the business.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging training content and workshops across a variety of delivery methods.

You will have:
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training and information sessions across a variety of delivery methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and coordinate a variety of stakeholder relationships to deliver business outcomes.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to understand capability development requirements and provide effective solutions and support for implementation.
  • Well developed written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and develop process and procedure documents and internal communications.
  • Ability to uphold quality standards in relation to the management of HR systems, data and records.
