With innovation and digital progress at the heart of this forward-thinking property group, a new role has been created for an I.T & Operations Manager.

In this position you will report to the CEO and work for an entrepreneurial and innovative organisation, leading the way with joint businesses in property development and shared the offices/co-working space sector. The head office is located on the lower north shore. The company culture is diverse with curiosity and use of initiative being heavily encouraged to ensure your success.  

As the IT & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running all the customer-facing internet and security networks. The role involves national travel to each of their sites, where you will familiarise yourself with site-specific set-up and troubleshoot any technical IT issues. You will have responsibility for the helpdesk team and get involved in a range of projects relating to IT, facilities management, and broader operations as you demonstrate capability.

This role will best suit an IT Professional with technical troubleshooting experience in high-volume wireless connections such as Unifi and will be familiar with Apple products. Experience working in a shared office or co-working environment dealing with a broad range of technical connection issues is highly advantageous.


You are degree educated with some project management experience in internet & security with a desire to work in operations. As you must be required to travel locally and interstate, it is required that you will hold a valid driver’s license, have your own vehicle and be flexible with your time. You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment and possess excellent customer service and project management skills.
