- Deliver excellent customer service
- Use expert product knowledge and fashion sector knowledge to advise customers, resolve their queries.
- Give accurate and personalized resolutions to queries to enhance brand loyalty and contribute to increased revenue
- Use a range of systems and digital tools to ensure that queries are responded to in a timely manner and relevant administration is completed in line with department ways of working.
- Contribute to future design of customer service and operational ways of working.
- Communicate according to brand value and tone of voice.
- Has a proven ability to manage workloads and conflicting priorities in a busy work environment
