Do you have a solid background in providing exceptional customer service and looking to join a new team with plenty of career progression?

Our client, based in Milton Keynes is looking to build a brand new inbound customer service team based at their head office.

The role is a permanent position and, as a 7 day a week operation will require candidates to be flexible with working day shifts across the 7 days.

The ideal candidate will come from either a call center background or high end retail.  You will posses excellent communication skills, be confident multi tasking and have the confident to develop a strong brand awareness.

On offer is full training which will be based in London (all accommodation and expenses will be covered), and exceptional salary and the chance to really develop your career within a progressive company.

The customer service department is open:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm
Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 5pm

You will need to be able to cover relevant shifts over these hours.
