Legal Graduate Recruitment Coordinator (APAC) - 6 month contract

NO PRIOR GRADUATE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This rare internal legal recruitment role will be commencing in March on a 6 month contract basis.

The Role 

Our client is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join the Australia/APAC Graduate Recruitment team based in the Melbourne office, on a 6 month contract basis.  Reporting into the APAC Recruitment Manager, this role is responsible for providing key support in the end-to-end recruitment process for prospective graduate hires in Melbourne and Sydney.

Duties & Responsibilities 

Marketing & Events (Australia/APAC)
  • Manage and develop relationships with key contacts at universities and other educational institutions.
  • Work closely with the internal global communications team.
  • Host and facilitate campus events, including presenting the Firm and opportunities and actively participating in networking and selling of brand message.
  • Create social media and marketing initiatives for student engagement.
  • Providing support for student events targeting students for Hong Kong as required.  
  • Compile data for reporting.
  • Support the start-to-finish campus interview process, from application/ resume screening through to final interviews and feedback.
  • Work closely with the offshore HRSS team during interview scheduling.
  • Support the process at offer stage.
  • Support candidate queries and management through the process.
  • Support vacation clerkship process including onboarding, induction & training, day-to-day queries and feedback collation for graduate hiring process.  
  • Build invaluable internal and external client relationships.

About You
We are looking for a tech savy business services professional who possesses excellent communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.

No prior legal or graduate recruitment experience is required, so candidates with 2+ years' experience gained in a business services role within a corporate or professional services environment are encouraged to apply
