The Role

We are seeking a Solicitor to join the relatively young, highly driven medical negligence practice located in the Sydney CBD office of this leading plaintiff personal injury law firm.

You will be representing clients and their families who have suffered devastating and life-changing events, so the role requires a commitment to meeting the firm's excellent client care standards and is an opportunity to be rewarded for doing what you do best - winning cases and maximising your clients’ compensation entitlements.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer to retain their focus in personal injury claims whilst progressing their career within a reputable organisation.

About You

This role is for a dynamic, energetic personal injury lawyer with a passion for getting the best outcome for their clients.  Experience working on legally challenging and factually complex matters will be highly regraded.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • minimum 2 years of plaintiff personal injury post admission experience;
  • comprehensive knowledge of medical negligence;
  • demonstrated ability as a strong technical personal injury lawyer
  • ability to manage large volumes of documents and files;
  • demonstrated strong organisational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • strong technical skills in personal injury law;
  • proven ability to achieve billing targets;
  • empathetic, committed approach to your clients;
  • a hard working and dedicated approach to your practice;
  • a friendly, down to earth nature that enjoys working as part of a team;
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; and
  • good academics.
