Experience and Technical skills:
  • Understands various service (-sales) strategies in order to capitalize on opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Able to travel extensively to provide customer support and team development.
  • Consistent history of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers, and teamwork with internal support personnel.
  • Proven leadership skills of leading a regional team is a plus
  • Strong analytical capability to understand deal profitability and problem-solving.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence.
  • Proficiency in relevant software programs (including CRM, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and automated service forms/tools.
Personal attributes required:
  • Hands-on technical service experience with medical equipment is preferred
  • Experienced in driving customer allegiance and growing existing customer base

Education and qualification:
  • BA / BS degree in business or related health care field or
  • 5+ years Field Service experience or 3+ years relevant industry experience within a Service Management Role
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and lead region service efforts in a medical device environment with Physician based products, Significant experience in the medical device service environment
  • Proven success in achieving aggressive growth objectives.
  • First experiences with CRM (SFDC/ServiceMax).
