As part of OPEN Health, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:
 
Recruitment Processes and Management
  • Ambassador of the recruitment process
  • Drives internal engagement of the recruitment process to ensure efficiencies and a positive experience both internally and externally.
  • Works with Talent Acquisition Manager to review processes and presents solutions/ideas for improvements.
  • Actively engages with agencies to manage the candidate ownership process
  • Works effectively with HR and Talent colleagues and fulfils OPEN Health processes
  • In collaboration with line manager, team and stakeholders, supports approach for Early Year Career applicants.
Selection Process
  • Advert creation and ensures they are posted to all relevant websites, career pages, universities and social medial platforms.
  • Communicates to stakeholder administrators to schedules candidate interviews as requested.
  • Carries out screening and phone interviews where appropriate.
  • In collaboration with team, assists with the group graduate scheme recruitment as required.
Employer Brand
  • Champions branding initiatives for social media sites ensuring consistency with group branding and collaborates with internal team members.
  • Identifies and shares information on potential new job boards, careers pages, social networks and recruitment agencies.
  • Works with Talent Acquisition Manager to support careers fairs and networking events
  • Regularly promotes the referral scheme and new vacancies on a regular basis.
  • Captures and reports on ‘candidate experience’ feedback to support continuous improvement
Recording keeping & Metrics
  • Manages the OPEN Health Careers inbox – adding new candidates to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring any actions and relevant information is followed up on.
  • Ensures all completed interview notes from selection process are collated, summarised and saved in line with GDPR company guidelines and agreed recruitment processes.
  • Ensures all job descriptions and recruitment related materials are up to date in terms of relation to content and branding and saved in a central location
  • Ensures the current candidate database is fully up to date (via the ATS) at all times
  • Ensures all contracts and Terms Of Business with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities and social media platforms are fully up to date and signed. In addition to managing the renewals process.
  • Prepares reports on new hire metrics (time to fill, time to hire and source of hire) at the end of each month or as requested. Also measures conversion rates of passive candidates.
  • Collates and maintains up to date information on salaries and benefits of candidates applying for roles across the group and reports findings for benchmarking purposes.
  • Actively collates and understands external market data for reporting.
Compliance and GDPR:
  • Monitors and manages the quality of the information logged and held in the recruitment database / ATS system
  • Ensures user guide and system protocols are kept up to date and communicated regularly
  • Ensures compliance of candidate data in line with GDPR requirements such as delete requests and time-delimited purges
What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Hands on experience of end to end recruitment
  • Strong understanding of agency management
  • Strong administration experience
