Senior Customer Success/ Experience Manager

Location: London + flexible working
Package: Cica £70,000

I have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience/ Success lead to work on transforming customer experience for one of the UKs biggest brands. My client is committed to transforming its products, services and customer experiences and this position will play a pivotal role in achieving this vision, with accountability for monitoring and improving customer experience across a broad range of products and services. Working directly for the Director of this function, this is a senior role that will help embed customer centricity at the heart of the business so presents a really exciting challenge for someone looking to make an impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Defining the customer experience management and measurement strategy
  • Identifying and embedding new customer experience measurement tools
  • Set up and ongoing ownership of a strategic customer experience improvement programme
  • Production and distribution of CX measurement results - and dissemination of CX results across relevant business
We are looking for:
  •  Strong experience managing cross functional customer experience programmes for a consumer business
  • Ability to balance your focus between strategy, customer insights and measurable KPI’s and analytics
  • Track record in discovering actionable insights to drive customer experience improvements, with strong analytical skills to proactively discover data points for smart decision making.
  • Experience of working with third parties to deliver customer experience measurement
  • Fantastic business facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong educational background – likely to include good degree (2:1 or above)
