Campaign Marketing Delivery Lead

We are very excited to be working with UK’s most known brand. This role will require you to partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand, plan and deliver new and improved engagement campaigns across channels. You will develop and interpret customer insight, analytics and data to target and personalise customer communications and interactions across inbound and outbound channels.

With the chance to own and drive the process that takes new and improved CRM activities from briefing to plan, you will manage the optimisation of existing activities to drive the best outcome for the customer and to maximise value for the business as well as working on new initiatives. You will also need to ensure campaigns are legally compliant with data privacy, regulatory controls, internal contact policies.
  
Skills and Experience
The ideal person will have experience of developing strategies/plans that deliver customer and commercial outcomes, and leading virtual teams to deliver projects/activities.
  • Experience of influencing senior level stakeholders, with the ability to achieve alignment across multiple teams with competing priorities.
  • Experience of managing multiple activities/projects and leading virtual teams
  • Experience of using information (customer, commercial, performance, channel) to create strategies, prioritise activities and make decisions
  • Experience of using multiple marketing or customer contact channels
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and collaborate with stakeholders, managing change and working in an agile manner.
  • Strong data analytical skills - to interpret data and insight, in order to understand opportunities, challenges and potential risks.
  • Strong end-to-end knowledge of data-driven direct marketing / sales channels and how to use them to drive value and ROI.
  • Sound understanding of marketing / BTL strategies and evaluation, to enable effectiveness measurement and improvement of campaigns.
  • Sound understanding of targeting including modelling, analysis, simulation and optimisation tools.
  • High level of knowledge of commercial and marketing metrics
